30 and 40 Watt fluorescent lamps
Use proper starter to match rating of lamp
Replace Starter if tube glows only at ends
Replace fluorescent lamp if the lamp blinks continuously or if ends are blackened
Replace ballast if the light is completely out and you are sure the lamp is good
Install and use in accordance with applicable electrical codes
